Dr. Abbey Stella

Dr. Abbey Stella

Dr. Abbey Stella is originally from Westfield, Massachusetts. She earned her DVM from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and completed a rotating small animal internship at the VCA Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle, Washington. Dr. Stella returned to the Northeast and worked as an emergency veterinarian at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists for four years before joining the Oaklawn Animal Hospital family. Her interests include emergency and critical care medicine, preventative medicine, and cardiology. When not working, Dr. Stella is outside as much as possible, hiking, running, swimming, gardening and skiing with her husband Eric, two young children and her dog, Orienne. She also shares her home with her rescue cat, Oliver, who found Dr. Stella during her first year at Tufts and has moved with her nine times, including to and from Seattle.

Dr. Victoria Klibanoff

Dr. Victoria Klibanoff

Dr. Victoria Klibanoff grew up in Rehoboth, Massachusetts. After graduating from Providence College with a BA in English Literature, she worked as a veterinary technician in Newport, Rhode Island prior to attending veterinary school at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Klibanoff moved home after graduation and has worked in small animal practices in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, joining Oaklawn Animal Hospital in 2016. Dr. Klibanoff particularly enjoys practicing integrative veterinary medicine, including Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, hospice and palliative care, geriatric medicine, pain management, street medicine, and the One Health care initiative. Dr. Klibanoff is a certified veterinary acupuncturist (CVA) through Chi University.  She has also taken continuing education classes in advanced integrative neurology, food therapy, and advanced acupuncture. She and her husband share their home with Mabel, a Jack Russell Terrier.  When not at work, Dr. Klibanoff enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hanging out with Mabel, gardening and expanding her perennial and native plant gardens, hiking, canoeing, being in the mountains, cooking, trying new restaurants, and writing poetry.  Dr. Klibanoff looks forward to building relationships with you and your fur baby!

Dr. Emerlyn Goh

Dr. Emerlyn Goh

Dr. Emerlyn Goh grew up in the South Jersey area and graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. She earned her DVM from Tufts University in 2015 and practiced in Rhode Island before joining the Oaklawn team in 2021. She is Fear Free Certified and has particular interest in preventative medicine and dermatology. When she’s not at work, she enjoys exploring the culinary arts by cooking new recipes and baking delicious desserts.

Dr. Josh Mowry

Dr. Josh Mowry

Dr. Josh Mowry is excited to be joining the team at Oaklawn Animal Hospital. He is a native of Rhode Island and has lived and worked at both ends of the state. Dr. Mowry completed his undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT before moving to the Caribbean Island of Grenada where he attended St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. His clinical training was done at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

He has worked in small animal general practice for the past 18 years. His areas of interest include internal medicine and dermatology. Outside of work Dr. Mowry enjoys traveling, boating, and cooking.
