Dr. Courtney Rebensdorf was named Veterinarian of the Year by the Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association, 2014. This award recognizes exemplary veterinary care and being an active participant in the community.
Dr. Courtney Rebensdorf was honored by the Women’s Center of RI with a Professional Leadership Award (2003). This was in recognition of her understanding of the urgent need for domestic violence victims who seek shelter at the Women’s Center to find safe shelter for their animals during this time of immediate crisis. This award acknowledged her outstanding contribution to the Safe Pet Program by offering free animal shelter and vaccinations to assist the pets while victims remain in the shelter.
